Apply your base gel and cure. Apply a no-wipe gel top coat and cure for 20-30 seconds (it should be slightly warm, not over-cured). Rub the chrome powder firmly over the nail with a cushion pen or silicone tool. Dust off excess, and seal with a clear top coat.
Why is my chrome rub peeling or not sticking? +
If it's not sticking, your no-wipe top coat might be over-cured (try curing for less time). If it's peeling, make sure to seal all edges and nail tips thoroughly with base coat or top coat before curing.
