Return Policy

You will need to notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to organize a return. Once a return is approved, items must be received in an unopened, unused condition suitable for resale and sent back within 7 days. A refund or credit will be processed back into your bank or paypal account minus shipping and handling fees.

We do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Refunds cannot be provided if your package is delivered incorrectly to an address provided on an order. 

We are not able to accept any returns or exchanges for custom ordered Waterslides and refill Cuticle Oils or DIY LAB private label services 

Please note any refunds  requested for incorrect products ordered, change of mind or customer errors such as purchasing under wrong account or email, will incur a 5% processing fee on refunds.
