All Unicorn Lab orders are handcrafted and packed with care in Melbourne.

Dispatch Time: 1–2 business days.

Peak Periods: During sales or holiday seasons, please allow up to 3 business days for dispatch.
Domestic Shipping (Within Australia)
We use Australia Post for all domestic deliveries. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way.

Standard Parcel Post: 2–6 business days. (Regional areas, WA, and NT may take 7–10 business days).

Express Post: 1–3 business days.
International Shipping
We currently ship to a select number of international destinations.

International Standard: 10–15 business days (depending on the destination country).

Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any international customs fees, import taxes, or duties incurred upon arrival.
